Happy Birthday, DeeDee!

I'm SO excited to be blogging about this - my parents are in town! Woot! They've been here since Saturday night, and we're already having a blast! They took us out to dinner Sat, and then icecream. Today we all went to church together (and it rocked!), and then we went out to lunch for my mom's birthday. Then we went to a special play place for Elizabeth, and spent the day together. Tomorrow we're going to take Elizabeth all over to have some serious fun, and then who knows what's next. Can you tell that I'm excited! Anyway, today was great! Here are some pics of our adventures.

We walked around outside after lunch. Elizabeth wanted to show off how good she is at standing all by herself.

10 Months

Okay, I know it's been way too long when I'm only posting every time EJ celebrates a month birthday, but in my defense, we've had a lot going on. Anyway, Happy Memorial Day, and happy 10 months, Elizabeth! Here is some more parental bragging! :)

Elizabeth can now:
- chew with 6 teeth!
- eat animal crackers and tiny bits of "table" food
- make funny faces on purpose
- babble incoherently
- crawl up stairs quickly
- take several steps on her own!
- play "tag"

Other milestones for Elizabeth:
-her first Memorial Day Celebration (big deal in my family, although we couldn't be there for it, sad)
- her tenth plane ride
- her first "walky toy"
- she is now able to sleep with only a nightlight without getting freaked out by darkness
